Following his brilliance in Passages, Franz Rogowski delivers another compelling performance as Aleksei, a young Belarusian with Parisian dreams, embarking on a tumultuous journey through Europe. Enlisting in the Foreign Legion for a French passport, his fate leads him to the Niger Delta, where charismatic revolutionary Jomo battles ruthless oil conglomerates. As Aleksei seeks belonging in the Legion, Jomo dreams of being a "disco boy." Their paths intertwine in the jungle, forging an unbreakable connection across borders and destinies. Complemented by an original score from electronic maestro Vitalic.
